In the vast expanse of eternity, Randolph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Randolph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his wife Tamara Tharp; and his parents, Carl Tharp and Elizabeth Tharp (Greenman). He is survived by: his children, Brian Tharp (Sharon) of Greeneville Tennessee and Vicci Tharp of Coldwater Michigan; his sister Carole Robbins of Battle Creek; and his grandchildren, William and Chelsie. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
