He is survived by: his wife Kelli Johnson (LeBarre); his siblings, Terri Johnson and Jim Johnson; his sons, Brian Johnson (Erin) and Jeremy Johnson; and his grandchildren, David, Paige, Sydney, Levi, Richard (Ricky) and Sean.
