He is survived by: his wife Donna Kellogg (Davis); his children, Skip Taylor, Troy Taylor (Kyla), Richard Kellogg (Tonya) and Christy Kellogg; and his grandchildren, Karen McKnight (Daniel), Jessica Harrison (Tim), Sandra Steed (Jason), Debra Coleman (Zach), Megan Taylor (Jade), Jacob Taylor, Taylor Boarts, Jaydin Coyer and Braxtin Kellogg.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations are made to Calhoun County Fair.
