It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Rice of Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Richard and Dorothy Rice Richard (Ashley); his wife Marlene A. Jaeger; his son Clayton Richard Rice; and his sisters, Ruth Anne Tyler and Marjy Weitting.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Newman (Duane) of Battle Creek and Michelle Lucero of Battle Creek; his grandchildren, Matthew Newman, Melissa Newman, Alyssa Fox and Preston Lucero; and his great grandchildren, Jonah Fox and Stella Fox. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
