He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Barnes and Ellen Louise Bouchard; and his brothers, Thomas Barnes and Steve Britton. He is survived by: his sons, Morgan Barnes (Emilie) and Collin Barnes (Krista); and his grandchildren, Jasmyn, Jeremiah and Mckenzie.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Skeets Gehrman Memorial Park (Bedford Park) (129 Bevier St, Battle Creek, MI 49017).
