He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Durham and Margaret Durham (Reick); his wife Olivia Durham (Rathburn); and his siblings, Charles, Alice, Helen, Samuel and Alan.
He is survived by: his children, David, Taren Durham, Mark and Rebecca Durham; his stepchildren, Jeff Burdick, Linda, Stan Maurer, Marty and Donna Burdick; and his former wife Lila Durham (Spears). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richard A Henry Funeral Home (703 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home (703 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of South Central Michigan.
