He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald O. Funk and Mildred M. Funk (DeMond); his daughter Kimberly Marie; his former wife JoAnne "Murphy" Murray; and his sisters, Marilyn and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Fox; and his children, Rodney Funk, Wayne Funk, Christy Stevens (Scott), Michelle Granum (Sidney) and Jennifer Hicks. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
