He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Nelson and Calvena Louella Davis (Webster); and his sister Carrie J. Purser. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Davis (Fall); his children, Alyssa I. Magee (Ian) of Kalamazoo and Ronald N. Davis, III of Battle Creek; his stepfather John Potts of Toledo, Ohio; his sisters, Carlynn Malone of Anderson and Cindy Weaver (Joe) of Sheridan, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Purser of Pleasant Prairie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Faith Baptist Church or Gideons International.
