She is survived by: her husband Lorenzo Caldwell Sr.; her children, Felicia Broomfield, David Broomfield, Lorenzo Caldwell Jr., Larue Caldwell, Malaika Butler, Lateeka Morris, Aaliyah Trigg, Michael Butler and Ryan Jackson; her siblings, Frank Cook Jr., Kenneth Cook Sr. (Jeanette), Ernest Cook (Sheila), Archie Murphy, Denise Cook, Cynthia Cook, Brenda Murphy and Laurie Harris; and her pet Sophie. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and special sisters.
