She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Lindsey and Mildred Lindsey (Freese); her siblings, Frankie Lindsey, Lyla Champion, Margie Champion and Mary "Aggie" Sykes; and her granddaughter Abagail Letner.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Sykes; her children, Teresa Letner (Brad) of Apple Valley and David Sykes (Rachel) of Kalamazoo; and her brother James Lindsey (Mary) of Redding, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Family Altar Chapel.
