He is survived by: his daughters, Iris and Vivian Carter Rose of Wilmington; his parents, Robin McVeigh (Joe) of Battle Creek, Michigan and Jeffrey Smith of Battle Creek, Michigan; his sister Amanda Smith; and his stepsisters, Emily McVeigh (Ryan Dawson) of Washington, DC and Erin Hunneyman (Guy) of Wilmington. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
