She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Murray and Mildred Murray; her in-laws, Carl and Mary Allwardt; her stepfather Thomas Elliott; her sisters, Susan Davis and Bonnie Gross; her brother-in-law Ronald Niebauer; and her great grandchild Max Byron Metzer.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Allwardt; her sister-in-law Jan Niebauer; her children, Kimberly Metzer (Steve) of Grand Blanc and John Allwardt (Erin) of Battle Creek; her grandchildren, Karly Montague (Drew), Joshua Metzer (Ashley), Cassidy Brooks (Shane), Mallory Timm, Jon-Christian Hamlett, Nathaniel, William, Alexander and Benjamin Allwardt; her great grandchildren, Baylee, Colin, Nora, Jett, Tanner, Summer and Kali; and her pet Montana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lakeview Baptist Church, Marion E. Burch Adult Day Care Program sign project, or Companion Cats Inc. in honor of Sandy’s generous and caring spirit.
