She is survived by: her husband Robert Channey, Sr.; her children, Renee Channey (Wayne), Robert Channey, Jr. (D'Nisha), Octavia Channey (Brett) and DeMerio Channey (Cynthia); her siblings, Vanessa Brooks, Deric Brooks, Eddie Brooks (Nikki) and DeAndrea Freeman; and her niece Shandrea Leblanc. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
