He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Ellis and Norma Ellis (Manning); and his brother-in-law Marc Walters. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Ellis (Walters); his daughters, Tamara (Ellis) and Cary (Shane); his siblings, Clare, Guy, Gena, Reed and Leslie; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Sly (Duane), John Walters (Laura Freeman) and Marilou Walters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
