She was predeceased by: her father Walter D. Shelton; her stepmother Betty Shelton; and her stepbrother John Archer. She is survived by: her mother Beverly J. Shelton; her children, Melissa Maxam, Jenny Heagney and Jeff Heagney of Battle Creek; her grandsons, Jaylen Heagney (Taylor), Elijah Heagney and Drew Maxam; her brothers, Gary Shelton (Shelia), David Shelton (Kathy) and Ron Shelton (Courtney); and her stepsisters, Carol Underwood (Lonnie) of Battle Creek, Jane Mallernee of Battle Creek and Linda Baker (James) of Battle Creek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
