She is survived by: her children, Mark (Debbie Wallace) and Kim (Paul Bessler); her grandsons, Michael Wallace, Joshua Wallace (Ashlynn), Jonathan Bessler (Juanita), Kallie Machan (Jeff) and Shelby Bessler; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Chloe, Maxwell and Spencer Wallace; her sister Joanne Henley; her nieces and nephews, Karen Rial (Modhi Alshehri), Cheryl Bard (Phil), Jill Rial, Robin Johnston, Shawn Skinner (Russ), David Anderson, Randy Rial (Sherry), Brian Gary (Barb) and Brad Gary (Charity); and her friends, Ruth Harris, Lois Munn and Violet Talmage.

Shirley also requested that memorials be given to the ministry at Lakeside Baptist Church, the Salvation Army.
