He is survived by: his close friends, Geroge Synder, Lional Cushman, Joe Evonkovich and Bob Schwalm; his wife Julie Katz (White); his sons, Glenn Katz (Teresa) and Gregg Katz; his grandchildren, Tahnee Burge (Justin Parker), Cheyenne Katz (James Campbell), Adam Timm (Alysia), Kerri Cary (Joshua), Baylee Burge, Kylee Burge, Ceceiliana Smith, Atreus Campbell, Eli Timm, Ella Timm, Lucas Cary and Dalton Cary; his brother Gary Katz (Connie); his sister-in-law Marcia Katz; his sibling's children, Derek Katz, Kevin Katz and Cindy Katz; his cousins, Darryl White (Toni), Gayle Carpenter (Stephen) and Terry White; and his close friends, George Synder (Barb) and Bill Rees (Nancy).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kempf Family Funeral & Cremation Services - Battle Creek (2838 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services (2838 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015).
