Steven Lee Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven Lee of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Norwalk, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Steven left this world on May 7, 2024 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father Randolph Taylor; his grandparents, Early Lee and Lucy Jane Venable Lee; his mother Nannie Sue Thaxton; his stepfather Maxie Thaxton; his siblings, Dolores Brown and Maxie Sherod Thaxton; and his stepson Jonathan Maye.

He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lee; his children, Michele Lee and Corey Lee; his granddaughter Jessica Lee (Simon Hall); his great grandchild Julian Hall; his stepchildren, Kimberly Maye and Chris Maye; and his sibling's children, Tanya Green and Sherod Thaxton. He is also survived by loving step-grandchildren, in-laws, family and friends.
