He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Frazier (Harris) and Norman Frazier. He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Frear (Dean) and Gary Frazier (Monica); his close friend Sandra Burk; and his daughter Hillary Hancock (Bryant). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
