He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Stewart and Alberta Mitchell; his siblings, Raymond, Aaron, James, Robert, Vera, Arlena, Marie, Betty, Connie and Shirley; and his former wife Florence Stewart.
He is survived by: his sister Faye Willis; his wife Yvonne Stewart; and his children, Thomas Cole (Sara), Jason Stewart (Heather), Carvion Ballard-Stewart, Jeff Ragland, William Cole, Oleta Underwood-Jackson (Darnell), Crystal Yonkers, Miche'Willis, Mariah Bell (Ethan) and Carcia Ballard-Stewart. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church (145 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017).
