He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Green and Beverly Green; and his brother Doug. He is survived by: his wife Kay Simmons Green; his sister Marsha Moore (Jerry); his daughters, Julie Kern (Kris) and Dawn Simmons; his grandchildren, Taylor McLaren (James), Maia Kern, Zoie Kern, Xander Kern, Brayden Sybesma, Broderick Hanger and Samantha Lidman (David); his great grandchildren, Logan, Aubree McLaren, Everly and Ezra Lidman; and his nieces, Pam Sween (Bill), Stephanie Morris (Corey) and Kaytlynne Morris. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
