He is survived by: his wife Cathy Stephens (Greene); his son Brad Stephens; his granddaughter Allie Stephens-Gilkey; his siblings, Terri Campbell (Jim), Cheryl Garbe (Thomas), Carrie Laplante and Mike Stephens; and his close friend Tina Sturgeon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
