He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sterling McMillan and Marguerite McMillan; his wife Margaret McMillan (Mohney); and his family, Connie Qualls (Phil), Michael McMillan (Lisa) and Judith Rawlings (Rick). He was also cherished by five grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Centrica Hospice Care or to St. Jude Children's Research in honor of Bill.
