Willie White Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 86, Willie White Jr. (Battle Creek, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie White Sr. and Hattie White (Jennings); his granddaughter Alexandria Johnson (Junior) of Yelm, WA; his great grandchildren, Aria and Autumn; his daughter Aruitta White; and his sisters, Mary Jackson (Jacky) and Lottie Smith (SJ).
He is survived by: his wife Vivian White; his children, Dennis Harris, Shelinda Avance, Kendra Watson of Elkhart, IN, Royana Matthews (Earnest) of Jackson, MS, Willetta McGown (Herbert) of Jackson, MS, April Fant of Battle Creek, MI and Wrenetta White of Battle Creek, MI; and his siblings, Kenneth White (Clara) of Pearl, MS and LaDonna Davis of Port Gibson, MS. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and special nephew.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service (375 W Dickman Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49037). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
