With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yvonne Marie Simmons of Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on October 20, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Marriott and Grace Baker (Heim); her husband Edwin Simmons; her siblings, Richard Marriott, Leo Marriott, Marcelline DeJune, James Marriott and Raymond Marriott; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Simmons, Dawn Simmons (Jim) and Pamela DeMaso; her sister Rosemary Ashley; and her grandchildren, James Simmons (Jessica), Chad Simmons (Raquel), Stacy Greenwood (Rik), Joshua Newman (Tabitha), Heather Newman (Joseph Tempel) and Bryan DeMaso (Amber). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
