She was predeceased by: her former husband DeLon Smith; her parents, Luben Chochoff and Rada Chochoff; her sister Margaret Fry; and her husband Lawrence Arney.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck and Ted Smith; her sister Donna Cantrell (Gary); and her stepchildren, Teri Byrd (Dave), Teresa Harris (Mark) and Jim Arney. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made out to Centrica Care Navigators Hospice, American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.
