She is survived by: her husband Milton Mackey; her daughter Jessica Mannie (Lee); her granddaughters, Jayla Graves and Janesha Blakney; her stepchildren, Dacia Mackey and Milton King; and her siblings, Frank Arnold (Anita), Ed Hill (Kim), Karen Englund and Cathy Welch (Dave). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
