She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald H. Hoffman and Elaine Hoffman; and her sister Susan E Papesh. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald E. Hoffman, Floyd Eric Hoffman, Pamela Powers, Patricia Hamilton and Carolyn West; and her close friends, Lori Ross and Susan Tetil.
In lieu of flowers, she has requested to donate to her favorite charity Humane Society of Bay County.
