He was predeceased by: his father Edward Ciszek; and his siblings, Leona Jacobs (Les), MaryAnn Gatza (Danny) and Jerry Ciszek (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Richard Ciszek (Karen), Connie Cauchi (John) and Robert Ciszek (Susan Hess). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great –great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
