He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Lukowski, and Maxine Lukowski, Sr. (Brzezinski); his brother Anthony Lukowski, Jr.; and his nephew Dylan Kusmierz. He is survived by: his siblings, Alan Lukowski (Connie) of Bay City and Susan Kusmierz (Alan) of Bay City; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Guoan, Ryan Lukowski (Nicole), A. J. Lukowski (Malena), Lisa Schinderle (Tom), Nicole Covieo (Dan) and Brad Ciesielski (Danielle); and his close friends, Mikey, Bubsy and Dawn. He is also survived by four great-nieces and two great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Brian's House or the Mission of Hope Cancer Fund.
