It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Vernon Lewis of Bay City, Michigan, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Lewis (Fuhrman); his children, Dylan and Karlee Lewis; his mother Linda Lewis; and his brother David Lewis.
