We are sad to announce that, on February 28, 2021, at the age of 69, Cecelia Elizabeth (Rogers) Blanton (Bay City, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rogers and Eula Mae Rogers (Smith); and her siblings, Carolyn and Shellie. She is survived by: her granddaughter Asjia; her son Jimmie Blanton of Flint; her grandchildren, Asija Blanton of Flint and Jaxsen Ramsey-Blanton of Saginaw; her siblings, Ben Rogers, Ronnie Rogers, Debbie Rogers, Cathy Rogers and Yvonne Dotson Brown of Alabama; her close friends, Jessie Campbell, Anita Clark, Karen Mitchell and Patty Worth; and her daughter Keysa Townsend. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Per MDHHS order, social distancing, and masking will be required at all times for the safety of all those attending.
