She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Lambert; her daughters, Melissa Provo and Kitrina Lambert-Provo (Wayne); her grandchildren, Justin Walker (Kathryn), Nathan Provo and Madalyn Provo (Quinton Steward); her great grandchild Judah Walker; her siblings, Carol (James Szilagyi), Dawn Commire, Victor (Sheila Shorkey), Wendy Shorkey, Michele Toth, Denise (Lew Garcia), Debra (Paul Drager) and Brenda Shorkey; and her siblings-in-law, Gerald Meyer and Stella Shorkey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
