He was predeceased by: his parents, John Radtke and Marie Radtke (Hiller); his granddaughter Lucy Milks; his brother John "Jack" Radtke; his parents-in-law, Walter "Bill" Wojciechowski and Helen Wojciechowski (Evans); and his in-laws, Ken Polk, Bob Ciesliga, John Ciesliga and Barbara Turkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Dina; his children, Jodi Spiker (Don), Kristi Hehl (Marcus), Ben Radtke (Kaysey) and Tara Milks (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nick, Katie (Spencer), Andrew, Ethan, Aiden, Carter, Drake, Elsie, Oliver and Archer; his siblings, Marie Bolo (Dennis), Dianne Polk and David Radtke (Denise); and his in-laws, Carol Ciesliga, Eileen Ciesliga and Tom Turkowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
