He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Murray and Shirley Murray (Presley); his brother Michael Murray; his nephew Brian Murray; his parents-in-law, Ray and Joyce Davidson; and his brother-in-law Randall Koch.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Christopher Murray of Bay City and Kelli Swan (Robert) of Bay City; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brendan Swan and Kereh Cameron; his siblings, Mary Beth Koch, Daniel Murray, Paul Murray (Carol) and Peter Murray (Lynda); and his siblings-in-law, Brad Davidson (Janet), Michele Valentine (Michael) and Lisa Felske (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to one of Dave's three favorite charities, Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, Salvation Army or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
