She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blair and Betty Blair (Wilde); her brother Wayne Blair; and her brother-in-law Ross Huber. She is survived by: her husband Donald K. Perkins; her children, Don Perkins (Ashley), Dana Perkins (Jeff Garcia), Danielle Perkins (Scott Morris) and David Perkins (Karen); her grandchildren, Madelyn, Savannah, Andrew, Anthony, Jeffrey, Gunnar, Evelyn and Elliana; her siblings, Bill Blair (Mary Beth) and Bonnie Huber; and her sister-in-law Shelley.
