He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vinson and Viola Vinson (Witbrodt); his wife Delphine V. Wcisel; and his daughter Denise Ann Vinson. He is survived by: his son Dale J. Vinson of Bay City; his grandson Mathew Garrett (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Gabriella and Jordyn; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Wcisel, Jr. (Shirley), Florence Sosnowski and Audrey Wcisel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
