He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dishaw and Annabelle Dishaw (Zink). He is survived by: his wife Bethany Dishaw; his sons, Jason Dishaw and Bradley Dishaw; and his brothers, Michael Dishaw (Debra) and Lawrence Dishaw (Kathy). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
