She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Urban and Delores Lusher; her husband David Owen Brubaker; her son-in-law Jon Stachowiak; her nephews, Chad Cleatus Urban and Jeff Urban; her close friend Jean Toth; her stepfather Cleatus Paine; her grandparents, Oren, Amanda Lusher, Otto, Anna Mary Kiesel, Leo, Francis Urban, Olive and Tom Paine; and her mother-in-law Marie "Mimi" Brubaker-Deprekel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Toth (Tom), Tracie Stachowiak (Jon) and Kellie Phillips (Bob); her grandchildren, Tiffany Stachowiak-Ethridge (Marty), Carly Jo (Brayden Redfern), Wyatt Stachowiak, David (Shannon Hankish), Gunnar Phillips (Zachary Seymour), Max, Alex Freeman (Alison), Crystal Olander (Ethan) and Jon Toth; her great grandchildren, Amelia Feinauer, Bryson, Sophia Redfern, Alli, Addi, Ethan, Gavin Ethridge, Easton, Peyton Phillips, Maverick, Wrenley and Nola Olander; her brother Leo Urban; her niece Jill Bauer; her sister-in-law Jeanette Rase (Bill); and her close friends, Clara Davis, Lupe Barocio, Ron and Gloria Stachowiak. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
