He was predeceased by: his father Chester T. Murphy; and his brothers, Patrick Murphy and Thomas Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Murphy; his children, Michele Gehrman (Terry), Brian Murphy and Andrea Carrier (David); his grandchildren, Lexie, Tyler Gehrman, Everett and Reese Carrier; and his sisters, Joyce Smith and Carol Glazier (Ralph). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
