She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Delestowicz and Blanche Delestowicz; her husband Leo Thiel; her daughter Lynn Marie Thiel; her siblings, Dan Delestowicz and Caroline Rusnuski; and her brother-in-law John Hugel.
She is survived by: her sister Francine Hugel; and her nephew Luke Hugel. She is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephew.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gephart Funeral Home (201 W Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the St. Catherine of Siena Parish (2956 E North Union Rd, Bay City, MI 48706).
