He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kukla and Constance Kukla (Balwinski); and his wife Patricia H. Kukla. He is survived by: his brother Robert (Joann Kukla); and his nieces and nephews, Theresa, Randy Griffore, Sherry, Scott Terrill, Daniel Sheller, Robert J. and Marcela Kukla.
