He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Moore and Eloise Moore (Manyen); and his brother Joseph Moore. He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Jaskiewicz (Borton) of Bay City, Michigan; his children, Cathy Zaccari (Phil) of Effingham, IL and John Moore (Gwynn) of Russell, PA; his grandchildren, Abigail Zaccari, Anthony Zaccari and Anna Zaccari; his siblings, Judy Roznowski, Clarence Moore (Gloria), Michael Moore (Lori) and Mary Revette; and his sister-in-law Arlene Leitermann (Max). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many dear family friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking to please consider donating to the two following causes which have personal meaning to Gerry and his family: The Elizabeth Weidner Memorial Scholarship Fund or to Brave Like Gabe Foundation.
