He is survived by: his children, Michael Lewis (Susan), Jean Vos (Jim), Kathlene Howard (Tim), Mary Kay, Lewis and Kevin Lewis (Cathy); his grandchildren, Eric Vos (Kayla), Sara Clark (Brent), Tim Howard, Tyler Maguire, Kaitlyn Sullivan (Tyler), Amanda Duron (Jake), Anthony Lewis and Emily Eauclaire; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Kinley, Royce, Jakx, Landon, Arya, Maverick, Isabelle, Ella and Baby Olivia; and his sister-in-law Carol Flemmer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
