He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Mueller and Beatrice Mueller (Lange); his wives, Donna Mueller (Sloggett) and Anita Mueller (Rook); his children, Steven Mueller and Toby Mueller; and his brothers, Robert Mueller (Donna), Gilbert Mueller (Marleen) and Glenn Mueller (Nan).
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Mueller (Jodi), Connie Schalk (Rick), Karen Balwinski (Jim), Jason Mueller, David Mueller, Peter Mueller, Tad Mueller, Rachel Hernandez (Rick) and Julie Thornton (Ed); and his grandchildren, Mitch, Sarah, Sophia, Janelle, Justina, Nicky, Heather, Haley, Kylie, Jasmine, Eva, Baya, Mila and Ricky Jr.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
