He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil D. Sutter and Eileen M. Sutter (Dumas); his daughter Shannon Sutter; his parents-in-law, Mary Alice Wood and Robert Wood (Margaret); his siblings, Mike Sutter, Kristin Chevalier, Andrea Stewart (Bob) and Mark Sutter; and his brothers-in-law, Al Dupont and Matthew Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Wood; his daughters, Mindy Smith (Jason) and Sarah Geisler; his grandchildren, Abbi Smith, Noah Smith, Owen Geisler, Cole Geisler and Selena Geisler; his stepgrandsons, Joshua Smith and Jacob Smith; his sisters, Paula Dupont, Roberta Sutter (Barb Schaff) and Gretchen Velasquez (Rudy); his siblings-in-law, Vicki Sutter and Bryan Wood (Darcy Hanley); and his nephew Ryan Wood (Audra). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
