He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie S. Dean and Marie B. Dean. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Heitzig; his brother Leslie; his siblings-in-law, Nancy and Tim (Connie Heitzig); and his nieces, Niki Allseitz and Kim Crowder.
The family asks that any memorial contributions in Harold's name be made to the Bay County Animal Services & Adoption Center.
