She was predeceased by: her father Casimere Dombrowski; her husband Alfred Haddad; her son George Haddad; and her siblings, Ann Roth, Catherine Mahl, Helen Pelequin, Anthony Dombrowski, Virgil Dombrowski, Casey Dombrowski and Edward Dombrowski.
She is survived by: her children, Donna and Ted Haddad; her granddaughters, Tiffany Keyser and Donelle Gougeon; her niece Paulette Fogelsonger; her nephews, Eddy Dombrowski, James Dombrowski and Paul Dombrowski; and her great-niece Nicole Nagi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
