She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stickle and Caroline Stickle (Fischer); her husband Arthur Neigebauer; her siblings, Charles Stickle and Donnabelle Carter; and her daughter-in-law Marcia Neigebauer.
She is survived by: her children, Kent Neigebauer, Steven Neigebauer (Linda) and Judith Emge (Mark); her grandchildren, Tim Braley (Beth), Kristin Divine (Jack), Emily Neigebauer and Bethany Neigebauer; her children, Drew Emge (Maira Charone) and Amy Eno (Matt Vinci); her great grandchildren, Madeline, Abigail, Ariel, Iara, Grady and Izzy; and her sister-in-law Joanne Neigebauer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Izzy's favorite charities, American Cancer Society, Make a Wish Foundation, or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
