He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Catherine Jean Cotter (Wilson); his wife Katheryn Ann Lepeak; his children, Marci Johnson (Shaun), Hailee Cotter, Courtney Cotter, Tiffany Anderson and Ian James Cotter; his grandchildren, Nora Johnson, Kehler Johnson, Clara Johnson and Lennox Lacourse; his sisters, Karon Hetherington (Bill), Linda Cotter Conklin (Wayne) and Terri Cotter Weitze (Bill); his father Robert James Cotter; and his brother Robert Lansing Cotter. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
